In our restaurant we make low food miles a priority by using products from the local territory. Situated in the heart of Ille-et-Vilaine, we have developed strong links with local producers to showcase their cultural and agricultural savoir-faire.

Knowing how the animals are raised and fed, that the vegetables are grown in the fields nearby, and where the fish and seafood come from is about respecting and supporting Brittany’s agro-food supply chains. And it’s also about knowing the products so we can prepare and cook them better, and offer them to you on a plate.
